Seattle is a better city tbh. Cleveland is the hole of both Ohio and the entire Midwest save for southside of Chicago and extreme NW Indiana. They deserve the Browns. Seattle deserves the best defense in the NFL that they have.
Values for teams are at an all time high. All these people buy teams as investment vehicles for the most part. I'm sure Cuban would sell the team for the right price now.
And considering how much the luxury tax bill has been for the cavs of late, who knows how much money he's actually making off of the cavs at the moment ...
