Already voted this morning.
I'm curious about the forum's voter status and plans. Feel free to share.
Already voted this morning.
I vote for people who I support
Being registered to vote for quite a few years but barely vote. There is almost no point in voting on a state that whether you vote or not, it doesn't really impact the overall outcome. Basically is padding the stats.
I voted in 2016 because the thought of Trump was highly repulsive. And what am I gonna do now? Vote for Cuomo?![]()
i think the time has come to essentially recognize the "no vote" (that is, the deliberate no vote. not one that is just based on being too lazy or indifferent to vote) as an actual vote.

Chris voted 3 times already...
I really want to be but I don't have any form of identification
Not sure what it would accomplish, but if nothing else it'd be really interesting to see those "no vote" totals.
Yes because there is no voter fraud ask cnn
exactly
How were you planning to drive the 600 miles to vote for Beto, tbh?
soros is bussing us in
well, i'm not suggesting it should actually be placed on the ballot but my point was that many people consider the "no vote" to be an egregious action (or inaction) when perhaps there should be some consideration given to those who choose not to vote after careful consideration of the options. this is probably a small number though. many people probably just don't vote and use the "the system doesn't care about me" as a cliche or an excuse as opposed to a rationally thought out argument. what is one to do if they are an independent but don't care for R, D or L and that is all the ticket offers?
I don't understand. What would be the point? If they track it and discover that 25% of people want to vote for candidates/parties that don't exist then what use is that information?
I'm registered but probably won't vote early.
First day probably isn't the best choice.
I figured most people here would vote on Nov. 7
I already voted by absentee ballot.
i didn't say they should track it. i stated that the parties need to recognize that this is a realistic option that a certain percentage of eligible voters will choose. if "not voted" had been a candidate in 2016, "not voted" would have been elected president.
