"Don't Look Now", 1973, with Donald Sutherland and Julie Christie was the most creepy, disturbing films I've ever seen. Took me a couple weeks to be alone in a house and not think of that little person running around.

Donald, always a creepy, freaky, unhinged type anyway, was perfectly cast, and Julie was at the peak of her beauty.
"The Maze"
it's an olllld black and white movie, made in like 1953
The Exorcist
Halloween 1 & 2
Nightmare on Elm St.
exorcist
Suspiria
When a Stranger Calls
The Omen
Phantasm
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Last House on the Left
Nosferatu
Halloween
Jaws
Creepshow
The Ring
The Shining
The Omen
Nightmare on Elm Street
and probably some other random movies that aren't popular.
I never thought The Exorcist was scary for some reason.
I thought Halloween was Monday??
Actually that movie raiser scared the crap out of me....
With the hooks in the flesh etc..
The second time I watched The Exocist (on TV), I had the lights out and nobody else was home. Never do that.
Exorcist is some scarey ass , had nightmares bout that freak...fuak all that watching it in the dark...
Barbara Hershey getting raped by the devil in The En y was pretty cool, sometimes scary.
Demon Seed where Julie Christie is impregnated by demon semen, very creepy.
Rosemary's Baby, esp with Cassavettes, was creepy as " ".
In the last few years, the special effects have taken over and given "scary" movies a comic book feel, hard to be very scared.
Is Saw scary?
