    The A&M athletic department is a complete disaster. Franchione's personality was different at his other coaching stops. Something's changed.

    The word about the dysfunction at A&M has gotten around. That's why they had to hire a guy who was a miserable failure coaching defense at a mid-major to be their new defensive coordinator. Nobody halfway qualified wants anything to do with College Station.

    It's going to be a very long time before Texas A&M is compe ive in any of the big-money sports again.

    agreed. every team around them in any sport has been more compe ive these last few years, and when they win, its not even by a landslide or a blowout. there gonna be under Texas's shadow for long ass time watching them dominate nationally in football, basketball, baseball, and track

    He probably isn't gay. This is a very liberal rating blog as evidenced by the search links for Gay Athletes and, of all things, SOCCER...which I guess is ok if you don't have real sports.

    The Liberal lil' T-sips like to do that...very brokeback indeed. Longhorns make strange bedfellows...except when with one another (so I've been told).

    Women's soccer is the most dominant program at A&M right now, isn't it?

    Also, coaches ranked the same or higher than Mack's 9.5:

    Ferentz, Kirk
    Iowa, University of
    9.7

    Tressel, Jim
    Ohio State University
    9.5

    This poll is ed. Rich Rodriguez of West Virginia only has a 5.9, JoePa a 6.5, and LSU's Les Miles a 4.4.
