ninja scroll does rule, so does vampire hunter d. i can't handle most anime myself, but the more traditional storyline stuff is great imo. i'm not down with tentacle rape, though =o
Vampire Hunter D is awesome. I never could really get into Spriggan or the like, but I tried. A friend did get me into Utena, though.

I watch junk like the japanese version of naruto(up until the fillers), bleach, outlaw star, dbz. A friend I know got me into anime, she's a huge anime freak, some of it's not bad either. I'm getting kinda sick of it now, alot of them seem to repeat the same dbz formula.
I watched a couple of episodes of Neon Genesis Evangelion and now I want to see them all. It looks bad ass.
I would illegally download Samurai Champloo if they had the English dub available.
Until then I must boycott anime.

I'm kind of suprised that anime phase died out so quickly. Well, not that quickly, but , I'm just suprised there is a third Fast and Furious coming out.
