Can anyone fix a leaf blower?

I have two craftsman's 200 25cc/Vac leaf Blowers sitting in my living room. The maintenance man at my apartments said he could not get them to start so he bought two new ones. He is not that smart and the money is not his so he gave them to me. they look brand new. I am thinking he put the wrong gas in them.

Either way you can have them for 5 bucks each if you know about Leaf blowers.
