Surprised to see both Texas and OU so high, and I would have expected Aggie and Okie State to get a little more pre-season hype boost.
I would put UT around 5, OU around 10, Nebraska maybe around 15-18.
WHOOPS... just noticed this was of the last 10 years, not pre-season rankings.
The are not the preseason rankings, they are the ESPN top programs of the last 10 years.

Nowhere did I say it was a pre-season ranking. I was referring to ESPN's ranking of the 119 D-1 schools over the last 10 years.
Scott referred to the pre-season rankings...then edited it accordingly.
