As far as Kidd and Nash go, basketball is played on both sides of the court. Nash can't stop or contain anyone, and at the other end Kidd wouldn't need to score to be effective with guys like Kobe, Lebron, and Melo on his team.
So in this case, Kidd gets the advantage in this matchup.
Like how Parker killed Deron Williams?

If Duncan plays for the international team, i'd bet my money on them. That would be a really awsome game to watch. Actually that's more interesting and meaningfull for an all-stars game, rather than west vs. east.
Kidd is not as good as Nash, I assume that Intl could go with a System that let them use d-zone to stop LBJ and co, would be nice to watch and the money could be send to unicef.

it's not just about how good a player is... Team chemistry is to be taken into account too... With Duncan, Parker and Manu, the international team has what it takes to win against any other US team
