i saw it on ABC news when it first was released.

I heard it was a security guard.
It was not a bomb! It was a firework.
You'd still lose fingers nevertheless. And right, it was a security personnel that was injured.
I dunno how the fireworks are there but when I was in Mexico for New Years there firework was like half a stick of dynamite with a fuse, They were loud as . Makes our M80 look like sparklers, My brother and I were like WTF. They were sold every where too.
