Don't mean to gross anyone out but the inside of my ass crack has been red and has been itching like a . It also itches from the outside of the crack and is red as well with some bumps. Do I have a heat rash or what the is this ? It's a pain in the ass to wipe my ass because it hurts and kinda burns and all the hair's inside of it just make it worse. Anyone ever have something like this and no what it's called and how to treat it? Hope the ain't serious.

try soap and water to clean the affected area and put some neosporin on it...if that doesn't work, try windex.

I will follow Duncan228's lead: Sounds like you may have a little yeast action happening. Put something on it for fungus---like one of the female (vaginal) preps. Or actually just try an athlete's foot prep, same thing just MUCH cheaper!
I know someone who's had the exact same problem. He said it went away after about a week, but that it was quite painful to wipe. I'd see a doc if it persists for way too long, until then, just keep the area clean I guess and be very careful when handling.
