No, I Don't want to see AJ as Spurs Headcoach. I think he is one of the most overrated coaches in the League. And I think he's not the man that make the right decisions in important moments.

I could see the players getting fed up with his gumbo-filled rants at some point, and eventually tuning him out at a crucial moment. Say, the first round of the playoffs.

No. This team is veteran and doesn't need a "Screamer", something Pop hasn't been in probably 2-3 years.
AJ makes an ideal coach for a young and developing team seeking an iden y ala the bulls under skiles 4 years ago. not so with a veteran squad.

Mebbe after Duncan leaves, and if POP wants to do the GM thing. But, nobody on this Spurs team needs someone who loves to hear his own voice so much...and so loudly.
Pop will leave when Tim leaves, and thus only the hardcore Spur fans will be left.

I think AJ teaches his players to give cheap shots to other players...I don't think Tim/Manu/Tony/Bruce, etc would be willing to do that every night...
