The Spurs charged a higher price for tickets to tomorrow's game..

Duncan and Ginobili are not playing. The Mavs are going to blow their asses out of the ATT center and Spurs fan is having to paying more.

You see, the don't work. I have tickets for this massacre and I'm officially pissed off now. I'm tired of getting fukin hosed by these es.

Bonner, Vaughn, Elson... What a waste of money....

I noticed that the tickets were much, much more expensive this year when I bought mine over a month ago. Generally, I have to pay 50+ bucks for a seat to see the Mavs at home but can easily get Spurs tickets in SA, even against good teams, for as little as 35 or 40.

This time around, the absolute cheapest seats we can find were 65. I wasn't sure if that was just because of this particular game or a general price raise of Spurs tickets across the board. Seems to me you're saying it's the former?

yeah, there are quite a few games this year that they jacked the ticket prices up. It's called tier ticket pricing for the top games.

The Mavs and Spurs never have a decent regular season game. When is the last time they actually played a tight game? uh never.....

Pop always throws these got damn games.

So why did you buy the tickets if you "know" Popovich "throws" these games?

Last year the final scores of the 2 games in SA were 95-92 Dallas and 90-85 Dallas. In the second one the Spurs led almost the whole way.....so I wouldn't say that Pop throws them.

Unless you think anytime the Spurs lose it's because Pop is throwing the game?

In any case, it's really a shame about the ticket prices. One of the nice things about going down there for a game was that the Spurs actually price the tickets such that the hardcore basketball fans can buy them, and not just the richest people in town (i.e. Dallas).

all teams have lower level prices, it's required by the NBA.

cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it sequ. If you want to go to the game, you have to pay the price. I wish the ticket God's were all knowing so you could save your cheap ass some money, but unfortunately, they aren't.

And as for the rest of you, we talked about this at the start of the season. It was something like tiered pricing.

Didn't Cuban lower ticket prices? I remember it being a small hubbub because he did that. And don't they let in people for free if they perform some sort of skit or something?

As much as I detest Mark Cuban--I have to give him credit for one thing--he makes sure that there are lower priced, affordable tickets for Mav fans who don't mind sitting in nose bleed sections.

You can find Spurs' nosebleeds for dirt cheap usually.

I just prefer to throw some back during the season while I watch on LP, and then get charter seats for a couple of playoff games that I really get to enjoy.

I don't understand these masochist Spurs fans..Anyway even if Duncan and Ginogoblin were playing, the Mavs would have kicked your sorry asses
Considering how your team's been the last few nights, you have very little room to talk.

Well, yeah, but that's because you really can't.

I understand the concept of not worrying about the regular season is foreign to a fan of a team that's 9-10 and at or below .500 in every major record category, but it just doesn't matter at this time.

If they lose, they lose. It only matters if the Spurs lose their last game of the 2007-08 season.

    What happens first?

The Spurs drop to .500 or the Cavs get 15 wins?
