shouldn't every PGA tournament, without Tiger, be considered an exhibition?

because the best of the best isn't playing. i wasn't planning on a rally or boycott for change. it just seems that phil won a second place trophy yesterday.
I just don't understand why you feel like he won second place.
maybe every tournament that Tiger isn't in should have an asterisk next to the winner that says
*did not beat Tiger
I actually pretty much agree.
