It was painful to watch, but we don't have a backup wing player......with Battier's size...I would have put Bjax back in to guard Korver.

Adleman leaving Battier in playing hurt at what, 50% at best?
If you saw the last 5 minutes, and especially the last minute you know what i mean. Korver and Okur launching treys as Battier was hopelessly limping around. On O Bats not even a factor. Virtual 4 on 5. 4.5 on 5 at best.
Pre emptive for any psuedo macho b.s. about how he has to play hurt and Adleman did the right thing. Not one guy on the bench at 100% health who is better the Battier at 50%. Now there is some bull. In fact you could label Bats at 40%, maybe even 30%.

We are lucky to have two really stellar defensive players in Hayes and Battier. If Battier is too gimpy to go in game 4, then we gotta play Hayes. Adleman's call to play an injured Batman was the right call though. This is the playoffs.
40-50% Battier is better then 100% Hayes?

Hayes did fine in his 16 minutes, certainly better then 40/50 Battier.
We won the game, that's all that matters.
ok coach...send adelman a text message so he knows.
Chuck needs to have his minutes minimized, the guy can't shoot and Battier spreads the floor for the penetrating players by being a 3pt threat.
