I don't care what happened earlier in the game. The Spurs earned their way back into the game with some incredibly gutsy play. They earned the right to take a potential game winning shot. You can't say that a team that plays bad early has no right to make a comeback.

It had the makings of a comeback for the ages. Forget everything else that happened before that. Nobody anywhere is denying that it was a foul... it was that obvious. The referee, plain and simple, REFUSED to enforce the rules of the game. And it simply took away a chance that the players earned.

Derek Fisher's shot also hit the rim so you should not have even had the ball so 2 bad calls one for you and one against. You lost get over it.

These days anything goes in the last play, there's not much a player can do to decide a game when they allow rugby style defense.

The manu foul on Dirk in 06 is laughable compared to this..

In your opinion it did. It sure looked like an airball to me. Maybe it grazed the underside, but how does a guy make that call from that far away?

    "earned your way back"

Wrong. The only reason this game wasn't a blowout was because the refs were sucking the Spurs s the entire game. Blantant Tim travel. Kobe hacked 5+ times no call. Refs tried to hand SA the game and they the bed instead.

No, it didn't hit the rim.
