If he did in fact get permission from ESPN to assist in writing the book, it seems like an easy lawsuit to file against them.

Yahoo's article on this subject was pretty good, imo.

Feldman seems to be a really cool dude. I've e-mailed him a few times and he always got back to me. Hopefully he ends up at Yahoo or SI. ESPN is really out of touch on this one and if the Brooks story is right, they may be opening themselves up legally. Twitter is blowing up on this.
Feldman's back to work, ESPN is backtracking big time and now claims they never suspended him.

yet he has still not blogged or been on twitter hummmmmmmm

Tbh just an example of the means ESPN went to to destroy Leach's career because he was a meanie to Craig James' lazy ass son
I can't believe ESPN is willing to destroy what's left of its credibility for the sake of a third-rate analyst like Craig James. Doesn't he usually do the Thursday night Sun Belt game?
I don't get it either. It's not like Craig James is a major announcer, it doesn't make any sense why ESPN is willing to stick its neck out so much for the guy when he and his lazy n!ggerson were clearly in the wrong.
Bruce said it best. If you go against ESPN's agenda you don't exist in their world.
The day ESPN went into bed with teams and conferences they started losing credibility by the minute.
You can add leagues as well. NFL, NBA, MLB. Remember when they wouldn't cover Big Ben's rapings? Everything they touch, they touch with kid gloves.
I like ESPN less and less by the day. Couldn't believe the lies they spewed about Leach when that happened, it was incredibly lazy, shady, and irresponsible on their part.
The worst part? No apology, just attempts to cover it up and them pushing out good journalists like Feldman.
