Yea I'm scratching my head here too. How does a guy who unsuccessfully came back from knee surgery get offered a max contract? He isn't even a max level talent to begin with.

Well, maybe not in their view. Maybe their at ude is that you're a replaceable superstar (is Baron considered a superstar?). I'm just throwing out stuff here....I think that offer to Arenas is ridiculous myself.
