NBA TV black box on screen?

Anyone else ever see a black box covering most (but not all) of the screen on NBA TV? It's been up there all day, and I can't figure out what it is. I've never seen it on this channel, which I've had for well over a year now. Also, there's a game going on behind the box (NY-MN), the audio is normal, and the crawl shows clearly. I can't imagine this box is up there accidentally, but I can't find any reference to it on Google, and again, I've never seen it before. Anyone know what's happening here?

I'm in the Atlanta area and on Comcast cable, FWIW.

Call Comcast and ask them.

Well, the problem has disappeared, and without me having done anything. Of course, it appeared that way as well. Guess we'll see if its happens again. In the meantime, if anyone has a guess as to the cause, I'd still like to know, in case it pops up again.
