    I have something close to 1500 address I have to create labels for work.

    The merge goes smoothly until I hit "preview" and the <<New Record>> goes away..poof gone... and it's just a blank word do ent. Does anyone have any insight into why I can't get the addresses to appear? I've tried close to 12 times today and yesterday to get it to work. Is there another program aside from Word where I can do something like this that y'all can suggest?

    It's Microsoft Office 2003 and the operating system is Office 2000. The labels are Avery 5260..I think.

    Thanks for all the help, geeks. I figured it out all by myself. I had to create an address format for it.
