They didn't. The trolls post outside of the Troll forum ... the company saw the user through a Google search (I assume).
And just to be clear, no one has to change their user name. This specific problem was about the combination of using a copyrighted logo in the avatar, as well as using a company name in the screen name.
When we have to do something small like this, I wish people use PM/phone to contact us directly so we could explain the entire cir stances. Instead of starting a thread like this.
We want to be able to always have SpursTalk and to do that, we have to comply sometimes when people ask us to take something down ... specifically when an attorney is involved.
