It's Monday night here in lovely metropolitan Eagle Pass, TX, and there has been a steady stream of emergency sirens by my Best Western room door tonight.
WTF is going on in this -hole town?

Unfortunately, the Eagle flies on Friday, and he lands VERY early Saturday morning.
