It's kind of sad to see SR going down like this. I know there's been some friction between Dusty and some members here, and that's not really my concern, but Dusty was always a really cool guy to watch a game with back in the day.

I use to post at SpursReport. I preferred it there not because I hated any of you, that was just the first site I use to post at and I've over the years met a lot of the posters on that site.
But now they are all gone, so I guess so am I. This will be my new home. I guess I'm not famous like DizzG and Ladyspur around here, but I am the guy who single handedly made SR lose it's media rights some years ago by broadcasting the daily spurs games around the world and posting the links on that site.
I'm originally from San Antonio but currently living in Costa Rica where my fiance is from.

It's not sad at all. I posted mildly on Report for a year and lurked ST for around 2 before I ever posted in 2005. I noticed it then and made the right decision forever more.

It's true that SpursTalk is a (far) superior board, but without SpursReport there would be no SpursTalk.
Thy ask me to "come back" every couple of weeks. I've never been there before.

What gets me is SR advertises. Even on Myspace I see their adds on the left side of the window because of my Spurs stuff and text on my page. It's ownage in a simple form right here folks. SpursTalk does not advertise much less have ads on their site and SR does. They are in the business of making money and spending it and somewhere along the way forget what the true meaning of communion in fan hood was.
Whatever SR folks did to Kori, whether they alienated her or treated her badly, they made a grave mistake. Good things follow good people. Those guys dug a hole they will never be able to crawl out of and the take over is complete and there really was no hardcore effort to outdo SR in anyway. It appears they just wanted a forums that could be relaxed and people could have fun without some hierarchy overruling you opinions with a swift warning or ban without notice or reason.
Hats off to Kori and LJ. From Chump Dumper being an asshole all the time, to duncan228 being always mistaken for a boy. To Sequ's mad rampages that are hilarious to the trolls that come and go this place is the ing .
Yep but if you mention ST over there no telling what happens. I've heard of people getting banned over it.
To each his own. I personally don't care, and post at a few different sites. It's just the goddamn internet, afterall. No need to get all rivalry on us.
When he does just post in it flipping out like I do sometimes. It just fuels the fire for good laughs later.

Wow. You can type Spurs Report and it doesn't get bleeped out ... unlike Spurs Report which is afraid of its own shadow right now.
Funny, all these years SR made ST out to be an awful site but it was the other way around.

The shirt only has about 3 or 4 member names, the rest is just forum terms and catch phrases.
