Wait...what?
How come I have to highlight my list to see it?

The following can be said about today's 15 mile run:
I didn't die
If I am ever stuck 15 miles from somewhere, I can get there
Running on pavement for that long makes my feet hurt
If I don't get back into the weekly running routine, the full marathon is going to be an ugly war of attrition
I can say I've completed a half marathon
Gu makes my body think it is starving for water
My time today is irrevelant, I finished the ing thing
That is all, carry on.
Where's my carne guisada taco and chocolate milk?????

how many times a week do you run 15 miles?
The program I am on has runs during the week of 30-45 minutes (3-5 miles for me) and on Saturday's we have a group run. The group runs have been steadily getting longer, but since we're at the halfway point of the training, we'll alternate long/not so long runs.
For example, next week is 8 miles and then the following Saturday will be 17 miles.
This was this weekend's route..

Very cool. I'm definitely not a marathon runner, but I am very proud when I complete my 2 milles!![]()
currently in training to do the zoo run
its only two miles so it should be fun.
the longest ive run is 13mi in the military...f that!
but we did hump the entire length of okinawa with full packs on...that sucked!
I've been rehabbing since last October after tearing a meniscus doing the Army Ten-Miler. Trying to start back on the track in the next week or so in hopes of being ready for this years' Ten-Miler. What was that definition of insanity?
Something about doing the some thing over and over hoping for a different result?
Damn... I don't even like driving 15 miles.
