I wish him no harm, but I never liked this guy and I have no problem if he's done.
Knicks Want James To Retire
Sep 23, 2008 10:31 PM EST
The Knicks are reportedly trying to convince Jerome James to retire for medical reasons.
James appeared in just two games last season due to chronic injuries to both knees.
But James has shown up in Greenburgh with the intention of going with the team to training camp in Saratoga Springs.
If James agrees to retire, insurance will pay a portion of his remaining salary.

"Well, we really don't want you around anymore."![]()
Thanks.
I saw way too much of him when he was a Sonic. I just don't like him on or off the court.

What an ass he was when he said his "respect" rant. I had no respect for him before that but I really lost all patience for him after that.
" We give them no respect ! None !! "
Spurs 4
Sonics 2
oh god. i remember hearing this say that on the 05 spurs dvd. look what happened to his career. retire, u useless crap.
wheres his superman trashbag cape now?
Isiah, let this be a lesson to run your signings by the people of the internet before you put anything in writing. I can't remember a single opinion that I read here or anywhere that predicted that signing would be anything short of a disaster. Seriously, I have never seen the sort of broad base consensus as when the world came together to say, "Jerome James is a fat, lazy bas coasting off of a half way decent showing in the playoffs against a gimpy Brad Miller. Signing him for anything more than one season at the vet min is a stupid move."
We were right guys! High five!
Hahahah, that was damn hilarious.
Oh OH can we sign him? Maybe they will take Bonner for him!
Damn fool-ass Knicks for ever signing this guy in the first place.
Jerome James is truly the Jon Koncack of today. No wait, Koncack was actually better, because at least he gave a about playing.
Why would he care? He banked $30 mil.
Doesn't hurt him either way.
