It's congresses answer to everything - throw money at it and hope the problem goes away...but money ain't gonna loosen the big banks pockets this time...

It would say a lot about D.C. that both the taxpayers of America and the execs of Wall Street all say it's a stupid plan and tell Congress to F off.
