I don't think killing people (or trying) by bombing places at home is very effective way to stop the killing elsewhere. It seems fairly hypocritical.
a good thing?.......my uncle (a marine) died in vietnam in 1968. I sure would have liked to grow up knowing him.

There were alot of bad feelings, but not terrorism against our own government, except by a few demented individuals. , many of the MIA's are still alive. Not as POW's though. They took refuge in Laos, took wives, and raised falmilies there.

But you started the thread saying bombing military installations (and some people's homes) was justified and even desired. I argued that anyone who bombed ANYTHING while protesting Americans dying is a hypocrite. Violence isn't always the answer. I'd say it's rarely the answer. Swiss cheese away.
The government has no right to tell me to go to war for them, and if they ever did come to my house to take me, they'd get a hollow-point in the face.
