Did they really have the best record after the ASB? I could have sworn the Rockets did with their streak and all... Anyways, I think they'll be fine.
I'm wondering if Elton Brand is the problem. Other than that aberration of a Clippers team in 05-06, he's been on ty team after ty team. Not that I wouldn't kill to have a talent like Brand on the Mavs, but.......maybe it's him?

Yeah, we suck, because the kids don't know how to space the floor when Brand draws double teams. You'd think something this basic would be obvious. Mo Cheeks sucks as a coach, he may be a great motivator but obviously he can't teach the kids how to play.
They need outside shooting. And they need time to gel. Plus Miller and AI take a while to warm up. I expect to see a better record/performance from them in the 2nd half of the season. I still say they'll make a 2nd round exit most likely because they are still missing a few pieces.

Why do you have to be such a to Mo Cheeks, maybe the players are just that ignorant to not be able to learn anything from Mo Cheeks.
