He only wanted to get drafted by the Spurs, so his strategy was to not send his medical files to the different teams and not answer calls. That way teams would question his physical state. Funny, cuz lot a teams and so called 'insiders' bought that . He only did one last workout with New Jersey so it wouldn't seem all that obvious what he was tryin' to do.
Oh and he claims he's the godfather with that suit on..

No, he did mention that the Spurs were seriously lookin' for some fresh blood at the wings and he really fit the profile according to them. Mahinmi said he was seriously being considered as was Alexis Ajinca.
