whut? just copy the article and put it in here.

Jackson is going to get off, I wouldn't be surprised. This is just another defensive tactic, just like Kobe did....

3 bangs in one underwear? Yeah right.

Accuser has history of changing his story
Attorney says boy recanted claim of abuse by parents

    MSNBC News Services
    Updated: 9:43 a.m. ET Feb. 23, 2005

The alleged victim in the Michael Jackson child molestation case had previously accused both his parents of abuse, according to a report by NBC News' Mike Taibbi on MSNBC's “The Abrams Report.”

In March 1996, the then 7-year-old accuser became sick at school. He became upset, however, when a school official tried to call his mother, saying that she had beaten him and was afraid she would beat him again if the school notified her, according to Russell Halpern, the attorney for the accuser's father.

Do ents obtained exclusively by NBC News show an investigation was begun by family services into alleged abuse of the boy by his parents. But the boy changed his story and the allegation was declared “unfounded.” According to Halpern, the boy denied ever being beaten by either parent.

The accuser and his siblings, including a younger brother who also is a prosecution witness in the case against Jackson, have been linked to previous episodes in which they changed their stories.

In 2000, the accuser’s mother claimed that she was beaten and sexually abused by a JC Penney’s security guard after a shoplifting incident that led to a lawsuit. The accuser and his siblings backed her story in what a defense psychiatrist called “clearly rehearsed testimony.” The sex abuse charge was never mentioned in the settlement JC Penney’s offered without admitting any wrongdoing.

The next year, police responded to a call at the family's home during the parents' bitter divorce. At first, Jackson’s accuser and his siblings told a social worker they had witnessed “no hitting, just yelling” by their father over the years “and not a lot of yelling.” Their mother was not present during this interview.

But days later, with their mother present, the children changed their story, claiming instead that they we subjected to daily beatings from their father that included punching, kicking, breaking bones, holding the mother’s head under water and constant threats to kill them all.

The accuser's father was charged and plead no contest to one charge of spousal abuse and one charge of cruelty to a child in exchange for probation.

Michael Jackson has a history of accusations of molestation, and that will never change.

Sorry about that damn link. Anyway, I'd be looking more at the parents' history here than the kids. it sounds like any kid raised by these people can be trouble...

That's probably why Jackson choose that kid in particular to molest. Easy pickings for a predator.

Do you really think it's that diabolical?

Seriously... I'm not convinced either way of his guilt or innocence, but if he's guilty, I'm guessing the situation was a lot more similar to the teacher/student sex scandals than some kind of pre-meditated kiddie sexcapade.

Isn't it common knowledge that many of his guests at Neverland are underpriviledged children? There are also many cases of him inviting children with serious if not terminal illnesses. The boy that's accusing him now had cancer. If you take the average family and go through their history with a fine tooth comb, there will always be skeletons in the closet or things that might lead one to question their credibility.

Jackson publically admitted to having that boy sleep in his bed. Now if you can honestly tell me that you believe nothing else happened, then fine. I know it doesn't prove that Jackson is guilty of anything, but in your opinion can you believe him to be innocent?

Look at these links and read the testimony and tell me what you think...

Many of his guests are poor, and many aren't. Why is that su ious? Why is it so hard to believe he's inviting underpriviledged/diseased kids out of compassion? Isn't it just as easy (if not more easy) to believe that these underpriviledged parents are looking to cash in?

Jackson publically admitted to having that boy sleep in his bed. Now if you can honestly tell me that you believe nothing else happened, then fine. I know it doesn't prove that Jackson is guilty of anything, but in your opinion can you believe him to be innocent?
Absolutely. Have we gotten so obsessed with sex that we think the only form of affection you can show is sexual? The guy loves kids. I'm sure he hugs them and kisses them and probably snuggles with them in bed. I know society as a whole tends to think that's a bit much, but it doesn't necessarily lead to anything sexual.

And testimony is not evidence. Any kid can be coached. I only read the first one, and frankly, I'm unconvinced. They spend the first ten pages talking about his cancer, as if trying to drum up sympathy... then he proceeds to describe an incident he doesn't seem to remember very well... "I think I slept with him the first night... I think... I think..."

    I don't buy it.

Spurm, Jackson's actions just are too su ious for me. I do think it is weird that an adult man invites non related children to sleep in his bed with him. That doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense that even after having to settle a civil case, he would continue to do such questionable things.

If anyone would ever accuse me of something like Jackson was accused of, I would spend every dollar I had and live in the gutter before I would settle the case. There are just certain crimes where settling the matter is not good enough of a indication of your innocence.

There is also a long list of other wittnesses that verify the boys stories.

Even if this case is BS, I still believe Jackson to be a pedophile.

This is just a little kid on the stand being questioned about something that is not the easiest of things to talk about. If you look through the other testimony you can find the report from the child abuse expert who interviewed the boys seperately. His professional opinion backs up the boys statements aswell.

I can't make a strong a case as the prosecuters who have access to all the evidence of course.
