Right now, they aren't. Although if Ilgauskas and West were playing, they'd probably be.

Still no losing streaks this season. Haven't lost more than one in a row.
1st in defensive efficiency, 2nd in offensive efficiency, 3rd in defensive efficiency. If they finish 1st in D and O efficiency they would be the first team to do so since the 95-96 Bulls I believe.

I was just going off Hollingers efficiency stats, they were 1st as of today, just slightly ahead of the Celtics.
knickerblogger > hollinger. But it doesn't really matter, it's a technical tie.
I'd say Lakers, Celtics and possibly Magic are better than the Cavs right now.
