Are you familiar with the A&M campus? I am trying to locate their soccer complex on a map and cannot seem to do so. My daughter is going to their residential soccer camp this summer and I am trying to find a hotel within walking distance from the soccer fields so I can hang around a couple of days and watch. I think it is around George Bush drive and Wellborn. Is this correct?

I do not think any hotel is within a mile of the soccer fields.
The soccer fields are near Kyle field on Wellborn Rd.
Most hotels are on Texas Ave or on University Blvd, or on Hwy 6, a far piece from the soccer fields...there is public transportation though.
