I just posted this- I feel bad for him actually because watching him play, you just know he's not an NBA player. He's here because he's from San Antonio and that's it.
you all know how I feel about Malik-I hated the guy's production. I cant stand Devin Brown getting Brent Barry's minutes. Why Pop? We all know the only times we dont win in the playoffs is b/c of outside shooting, give Barry his minutes, let him find his groove. Brown is a waste of time.

I loved that "last year" argument- especially for a twelfth man, makes so much sense. Hey Brown's missed 87 straight shots but when he was eight year old, he hit a shot from midcourt you know...... Right now, there's a jagoff on a Laker board saying Brian Cook should be playing more.......

Are you nuts? Devin Brown is without a doubt one of the 10 worst guards in the NBA, Manu is easily in the top ten.

Devin wouldnt be playing if Brent Barry could play more consistently, both of them suck hard. Pop is waiting for one of them to shine but they refuse.
Devin has been sucking pretty hard for weeks now. Timvp better jump in here and justify his boy's minutes because I don't think Pop will stand for much more of this.
Devin gets minutes because he plays good D. He's averaged 2-4 blocks in the last few games and he rebounds. Pop likes him, he's very coachable.
Barry will get more minutes come playoff time, because he has the experience.

Some aspects of his play have warranted ing all season long...I just find it funny that now that Malik is no longer here there are mutiple Devin threads.
FWIW, his d was pretty good tonight.
Malik was an eight year vet and should be expected to make less mistakes than Devin. More was expected of him.
Devin has just really lost his confidence lately. His D is the only reason he isn't getting DNP-CDs but if he continues to make bad decisions with the ball, Pop will have to take measures.
Devin has no idea what the Pop wants. How can you cage a player with energy and athleticism? As soon as he does something, Pop is chewing his ass.

Devin's ball handling and decision making have taken a step backwards this year.
Sounds like something he did to a player called Malik Rose... No matter how hard Malik tried, Pop thought It was trash to him.
The problem with Rose was the harder he tried, the trashier his game was out on the court.

Nope, but I bet Malik is relieved to not have to use that restraining order anymore, at least not until you move to NY.
