The real problem on this team is a complete and utter lack of perimeter D. We don't have a single good defender on our perimeter rotation (Hill has potential, but he commits idiotic fouls and tries to play defense with his hands too much instead of his feet).

Ever since Pop took Bruce out of the rotation our perimeter D has been pure . Guys are lazy fighting off screens (very evident against Boston), they're missing rotations of double teams, and just generally getting spanked in one on one situations. Tony's defense has been inconsistent and as of late pretty suspect. Mason's defense is lazy, and don't even get me started on Finley. The guy couldn't play defense if he wanted to. We need Bowen back in the starting lineup ASAP or things will continue to get ugly.

It is astonishing to watch how this team has deteiorated into an average defensive team. Pop made the decision to sacrifice defense for offense, following the Spurs ousting at the hands of the Fakers.

I understand the need for more offense, however he should probably have better equipped the roster with players who can do it both ends.

Nothing but a jump shooting team with one player who can post up.

    Doomed to fail.
