The Heat announcers were talking about this during tonight's game, but they didn't say all that much. Not surprising given the history these two have. ATL's better and all, but they still should have fired Woodson during this past off-season. IMO.

Update: Smith and Atlanta coach Mike Woodson had to be separated by staff during Friday night’s loss to Charlotte, according to sources, Pro Basketball News reports.
Recommendation: The incident reportedly happened during halftime when Woodson got into Smith’s face about selfish play during the first half. Smith was benched for the second half, and it remains to be seen if there are further developments.

But 43 minutes against Detroit ain't too bad. Smith played a pretty nice game. His minutes are probably back to normal now.
