They will instantly ruin that movie if it's remade...scary/horror movies today suck balls...the original was scary as sh!t...grainy film quality...low lighting...why must they mess with the classics...
they are making a remake of it soon, which made me think of my favorite one of the series, Nightmare On Elm Street 4 ....the dream master........it was awesome.........plus the soundtrack had a classic one hit wonder by drama rama, "anything" whats your favorite?

#4 was my favorite also. This remake will be worse than GiLi without Robert as the Fred. This isn't F13th, this guy actually talks

Ok, let's recap:
-The remake of "Halloween" sucked whale ass.
-The remake of "Friday The 13th" also sucked whale ass.
-"Nightmare On Elm Street" is being remade.

Normally I would agree that horror remakes suck, however after recently watching the Friday the 13th remake I will take a wait and see at ude. I thought this new Jason movie was pretty damn good and about as good any of them. The last Haloween movie however sucked ballz.
The 3rd one was by far the best to me. The dreamers actually fought back for a change and the Dokken song was classic. If Robert Englund isn't playing Freddy, it will suck...

"A Nightmare On Elm Street" was a horror film. A classic horror film that was actually very scary and was very great. After Part 2, stupid Hollywood decided to make comedies out of the series. It went downhill completely.
Only the first 2 films were good. Period. They screwed up with all the comedic crap!
The subsequent films were good if you took them for what they were. It's easy for us to say they all sucked now, but they pretty much established the comedic-horror genre that has become commonplace, non existent, and revived the past decade and a half or so..
Noone went into the nightmare films after part 2 expecting more of the same. The director was not the same either.
1...2...they're gonna ruin this movie, too.
3...4...Hollywood doesn't have any good ideas anymore
5...6...might as well remake Leonard part 6
7...8...you won't have long to wait
9...10..for Hollywood to pull this again.
