Because he is good.
That sum had 19/9/3 last night vs. portland....god it kills me.
Mother er why???!!!????
and the spurms let him go for peanuts!!![]()
He is not good, in the word of whott.
Any scrub can have a good game and perhaps put up 19/9 playing along side of Yao Ming.
Ain't Scola's fault but the Spurs FO and their expectations that they would get to dump Jackie Bulter's ass ...aka...salary dumpand b) Splitter was coming. Getting rid of Butler was good but when the US economy went into the toilet it was better for Splitter to stay with Tau - much more $$$.
Scola would have been a nice 2nd unit guy with Manu and possibly Oberto at times but it's over so time to move on. Wondering what would have been is pointless though I understand your angst.
agreed. scola is talented, we should have signed him, but we didn't and it's time to move on. we've still picked up roger mason and drew gooden in the meantime, proving our front office is still one of the best in the nba.
