this is just disgraceful, wtf is this performance 0 pts, 1 reb, and 3 fouls... man, its just looking like he's getting a free pass to be playing 20-30 min a nite since he knows the system better, regardless of his performance. man, as of now, i'm totally fine if pop just cut him out the rotation, which prolly won't happen.

I would really be happy if POP would start Thomas and bring Bonner off the bench to score with Gooden, if the double Gooden Bonner would most likely be open.
He should not step on the court in the second half!
If there is ever a time to start Duncan and Gooden, it's the beginning of the third to try to get the fourth on Dirk.
I bet Pop will start Gooden in the second quarter
that would be the worst defensive frontcourt in NBA history..
he's a bad matchup, against any decent frontline, look at all the playoff contender frontline in the west, i thought dallas was the best matchup for him since nowitzki isn't really as physical when you compare it to some of the other big man he has to play later.
like i said, it been looking like this for 2 month that, he's just getting free pass to 20-30 min playing time even though his performance is absolute the majority of those game.

Matt still has a chance to do some helpful stuff for us.

Pop may tell him during halftime that you don't defend in the low block with your hands and elbows stuck in your opponent back...
I feel sorry for Matt. He's just not a starter. He's a good player off the bench to drain a few threes, and he used to have potential to be a hustle guy that could compete with scrub opponents, but he is not a starting center at all.
The only thing he's not off the hook for is his confidence issues.
