Both (Harris and Simmons) claiming Cuban was watching their news when he tweeted something about watching local SA news and both claiming he made a Twitter post in reference to their talking about Cuban tweeting.

We were down on the San Antonio River at Rio Rio having dinner and I saw little Markie Cubano float by on a raft with a portable TV and saw him flicking back and forth between KSAT & WOAI. I offered to buy little Markie a cold beer but, he declined saying he was on a river water diet.
