Hypertheoretical question 02/03+03/04 team

i was on youtube, watchin the spurs 03 run

we all know the 02/03 team had no business winning that season with that core of players on the team....

now heading into 03/04..a few questions...
- had we kept the 02/03 squad for 03/04 season, would we win it all against the teams that season like 03/04 lakers (shaq, kobe, malone, payton), wolves (kg, spree, cassell), pistons (bwallace, rasheed, rip, chaucey)

- would 02/03 spurs beat a lakers 03/04 team without malone/payton signings that season?

- would the 03/04 spurs team beat 03/04 lakers team without malone/payton signings?

for both teams in 03/04, spurs total rebuilt their squad, while the lakers didnt have horry, but they did have payton n malone....even though we did push them to 6 games with compared to 02/03 squad.

what u guys think?
