Tim Duncan is under contract for three more season, Tony Parker for two more and Manu Ginobili for one more.

Here are some media views on what the future might have in store for the Big Three and the Spurs organization:

San Antonio's three-pronged attack of Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker was good enough to bring three championships to the Alamo City -- Duncan won another with David Robinson in 1999 before the other two showed up -- but those les came with a supporting cast that helped hold things together when things got a little crazy.

True. I'd probably go a step further and say the season was basically a big freaking waste. A waste of Tony taking his game to a career-year, all-NBA-type level. A waste of another year by our HOF power forward - Duncan - who doesn't have very many left. A waste of a lot of hard offseason work by a lot of players.

The more I continue to watch the Western Conference playoffs, the more pissed I get. Especially when hearing how the Nuggets are portrayed as a matchup nightmare for the Mavs. How they present problems for the Mavs that the Spurs simply couldn't provide. Basically, they Nuggets have been protrayed as the total opposite of the Spurs. A talented, athletic team of great length and quickness that plays good defense. It's all true, of course. I just get pissed because it underscores just how poor and how talent-thin the supporting cast of talent was surrounding our Big Three. long.
