You folks here at ST are lucky to be able to speak your mind. And us Dallas Maverick fans and fans from others teams are even luckier!
I made a Topic at MavTalk saying the Spurs are NBA Champions (which they are) and I said I don't see them losing game four. I guess if your a Dallas Maverick fan you can't speak such words? I guess if your a Jazz fan you can't say you think you will lose game four to the Lakers? If your a Spurs fan you can't say you think Dallas will win game three?
Is being a fan of a certain team mean you give up your rights of free speech and surrender your minds to the thought police?
Anyway since at MavTalk you can edit your topics, I decided to change the topic from "The Spurs will win game four" to "The Spurs will win game five"
I only had 3 replies and I really feel the Spurs have one win still in them.
well a few of their posters called me a troll and said I kiss Spur ass when posting here and copy and paste the same posts over there at MavTalk.
I told them I was not the only poster who post here at ST and is from MavTalk, And I challenged them to quote me if I ever posted something bad about the Dallas Mavericks or anything that would make me look like a closet Spurs fan.
at the end...........they decided not to lock the topic but to delete it, and they wonder why traffic is slow every year? I got news for them, if they think I won't expose these Mods who post here rather than their very busy MavTalk website? They better think twice.

Maybe now Spur fans will stop asking us why we post here. I know at least three MavTalk posters who post in the NBA forum maybe I can ask them what was so bad about your topic to get banned.
You would think with the series 3-1 they wouldn't be so anal.

I am sure the Mods here will do that rather than delete the topic!
I think when I said i would mention posters who post here at ST that was to much for the web master to deal with since 50% of them are his Moderators.

i got pinked for questioning pop's coaching strategies. i cant start new threads or edit my profile in any way. so they can be Nazis here as well.
I just left there and it looks like someone was bored last night.
Funny thing......... I noticed that 98% of the MavTalk posters spent the last 11 months bashing The Mavericks for choking, and wanting Dirk traded, and Mark Cuban gone, that now that the Mavericks are in the playoffs, only 10% can post now.
The 5% that did not give up on the Mavs and the other 5% that try to forget what they said and want to blend in with the other 5% the so called crow eaters, But it still leaves 90% of them trying to figure out if they should just start over and make a new screen name, or just continue to post here at ST!
In this first screen capture you can see I just was expressing an opinion.
This next screen cap shows a Moderator being told he was wrong and that's when the Ego took over, it's pay back time!!
Here is where I alert them that I am fully aware of the pain that is to come to me.
The straw that broke the camels back me exposing some MavTalk Mods who post at ST.

I bet if Kori told the MavTlak mods since you can't post there, then they can't post here, they would start tossing your salad faster than Duncan228 can give us a Tim Duncan update!
For the record mouse, I've never deleted any of your posts and have never banned anyone, including you.
And to the dumbass quoting me "bragging" about deleting posts, yeah, you're right, that's me talking about deleting a bunch of threads a spammer created trying to get people to click links for discounted software. If you want to cry about a moderator who abuses power, I am absolutely the last person who should be in your crosshairs.

That Mouse is allowed to all over the forums on Spurstalk isn't exactly something to be proud of. Mouse hasn't added anything of value to this website in years, and I highly doubt he does anywhere else. Someone that claims to be such a huge NBA fan would spend some small percentage of his time on an NBA message board actually talking about the NBA.
Man, that sucks. Yes, Spurs Talk is a strange (albeit liberal) beast. I lucked into the site, originally posting on Spurs Report and getting kicked off and banned for comparing Jordan Farmar's looks to a botched back-alley abortion. Now was that over the line? Yes. But do I have the right to say that the guy is an ugly little gargoyle? My point is, that it's sad that people make these sites and turn them into their own little fascist states with them as their own 'think police' and Il Duce. But there was a way to avoid and protest that, which was never to go back. Again, Spurs Talk is a strange beast. Maybe we're a home for the wayward travelers and ex-cons of the NBA bulletin boards? Makes sense, it is south Texas.
