where did you get the voting results? Can you post them or give a link?
Lebron is the
Oh and the Spurs are the only team with 2 players in the Voting (TP:8th and TD:11th)

To be a king you have to rule a kingdom (or an NBA championship) and right now all he rules over is his own team. Now if they play the lakers in the finals then I will be saying something else...ALL HAIL KING JAMES!
tony 8th?
he's a lock for an all nba team
So does Duncan still make 1st team all-NBA?
Gasol got no votes at all for MVP. Dirk got one more vote than Duncan.
I can't see who could prevent him from ruling the NBA kingdom this year.
it will be a close one between Dirk and Tim... i don't know
as for TP, he's a lock for the 2nd team (no vote for D-Will)
Thanx.
Someone on another thread noted that Duncan got MVP votes 12 staright years. Is that a record?
If its not, it must be pretty damn close.
Player, Team 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th Total
LeBron James, Cleveland 109 11 1 - - 1,172
Kobe Bryant, L.A. Lakers 2 56 52 8 2 698
Dwyane Wade, Miami 7 50 41 17 4 680
Dwight Howard, Orlando 1 3 17 63 23 328
Chris Paul, New Orleans 2 1 9 23 51 192
Chauncey Billups, Denver - - - 6 15 33
Paul Pierce, Boston - - 1 2 10 21
Tony Parker, San Antonio - - - 1 6 9
Brandon Roy, Portland - - - 1 4 7
Dirk Nowitzki, Dallas - - - - 3 3
Tim Duncan, San Antonio - - - - 2 2
Yao Ming, Houston - - - - 1 1
why that? you thought he could be higher on the list?
Paul Pierce!? really!? Even though he's 7th I bet he won't get any All-NBA team consideration.
dirk should be 4th or 5th
No he's not.
1st team : Bryant + Wade
2nd team : Paul + Billups
3rd team : Parker + Roy
my bad... I forgot about billups. yeah third team is more likely for parker
If Pierce makes third NBA team ahead of Parker I'll fly to the US just to punch some of these voters in the face.
Congrats. Tim started very strong and TP played well early, got hurt, then got better as the season went on.
First team:
G: Kobe Bryant
G: Dwyane Wade
F: LeBron James
F: Dirk Nowitzki
C: Dwight Howard
Second team:
G: Chris Paul
G: Chauncey Billups
F: Tim Duncan
F: Paul Pierce
C: Yao Ming
Third team
G: Tony Parker
G: Brandon Roy
F: Pau Gasol
F: Danny Granger
C: Shaquille O'Neal
nope much lower... maybe nba begins to recognize his talents after all.
Oh andat Billups over TP Dirk Tim or even Yao and new
for no votes for DW
yeah, Denver had to be here, so Billups get some votes. that's the same reason why he could be in 2nb all nba team and parker on third, even he i think TP has a better year. same for dirk or roy.
they are better than billups IMO. but denver had a great year and is having great PO.
I agree for me tp dirk tim yao roy deserved more votes than billups but he is a great player no doubt, he didn't steal either his votes.
TP should've been higher, he should have been in the 1st or at least in 2nd. As for lebron, nice, he deserved it!! He is a great basketball player, a true king!
Defensively Duncan > Nowitzki... They should be swapped just based on that alone: Duncan is the better all-around player... even on one leg.
Otherwise good list....
