I felt it, in Irvine. Wasn't that bad here, a rumble.
Anyone felt this who lives in the SoCal area? It was a 5.0.

It was pretty bad here. It said it was hit the hardest North East of South Bay and that's exactly where I live.
Glad you're okay. They're scary.
it was the strongest one I have ever felt. Very short tho. But intense. (in long beach)
Last time i went to disneyland there was earthquake. I never did like Cali.
Thanks duncan228. Yeah, this was probably the strongest one I felt, but very short. The one last Summer scared me more, cause it lasted for a while.
I've been through a couple of nasty ones in California, but the worst one I was ever in was in Washington State. It was a 6.8 and we were right on it. Stuff falling off shelves and it seemed to go on forever. That one was worse than the Whittier or the Northridge for me.
Great, I'm just about to go out there for the Summer and its threatening to break off into the ocean again![]()
Yes Irvine! My hometown! Grew up there and went to HS there, and always go up to hang in newport there. Anyways Im down in Diego and didn't feel anything, probably too far south. The craziest one was the 94 northridge. I swear it was shaking a good 30-45 seconds in the pitch black and i was like 12...scared the out of me, but was kind of thrilling looking back.
It was actually a 4.7
I was in the 5.4 last year centered in Chino (i was in Chino) and promptly packed my and moved to Vegas which is also on a very big fault however dormant(how long?????0
I aint got a college, when Earth laughs, earthquake starts, right?
Earthquake? WTH is that??
It's what bugs and worms experience when a human pulls a plant or weed out of the ground.
"Learn to swim"
Glad you seemed to survive the worst of it. Hope everything is ok.
