    Lakers win this game.
    Series Over.
LMAO at this. So because the Lakers win game 1 at home, they're going to win the whole series? Hilarious dude...absolutely hilarious. Your boys better start worrying about Dwight Howard. Orlando's going to throw EVERYONE at Kobe and make the other guys beat them. it's going to be a of a lot better than you think, homer.

I believe PJ's only lost 1 series when his team loses the first game, something like 49-1.

Unlike Denver, the Magics can actually turn on the momentum switch anytime of the game.

I'll be rooting for the Magic. But I expect the Lakers to win it handily. Dwight, please prove me wrong.

Uh, Magic have won both of their meetings with L.A this season.

And I'm not talking about the Clippers

Don't know if Jameer should try to come back for this series. I know it wil eat at him if he doesn't, but I think his longterm health and the team's cohesion are a bigger priority right now.

here is what happened in both games. first game in orlando close game vujacic had an wide open 3 to go up 1 with the game on the line and it went in and out(tough luck) and the magic survived.
game 2- in LA farmar was hurt so fisher had to play 40 plus minutes and thats never a good thing cause nelson destroyed him in the 4th and they went nuts from the 3 line. still a close game.

Yep. And I was delighted with how they won both. But there's something to be said about championship experience. Kobe has loads of it. Most of his teammates know what failing felt like last year, and they won't want to go through it again. They know what a championship series entails.

How the Magic handle themselves in the series is key. If they can maintain that same composure, then they'll have a good shot.

I hate to rain on the Magic's parade but I agree with you. Plus how will the Magic come out? Will they play with urgency or play like they are just happy to be there?

The Lakers don't seem to be as strong as they were going into the Finals last year, and a dominant big man gives them problems (see Yao). I like Pietrus on Kobe and the fact that Fisher might not have to be defended and has been struggling himself defensively helps Orlando. Hopefully Odumb shows up as well. Should be a close series.

I hope I didn't make it the Magic sound like they're lightweights. The defeated the Cavs whom many thought would steamroll right through the East. That's quite a feat.

Like I said, I hope Dwight and co. make me eat crow.

If Jameer were playing that would have given the Magic a great 1-2 punch at the point guard position.

Either way, it's your opinion, which we all have a right to. No one's condemning you for that. Whatever any of us discuss in the next few days will have to be proven on the court regardless.

Yeah....hopefully AJ and Fishscale cancel each other out at the very least. I think Brown is a stud though, but Phil my be hesitant to throw him out there in heavy minutes, and if he does Lee might cancel him out. I won't account for Sasha anymore until he ACTUALLY starts making shots again...."Ginobli stopper", yeah right.

Lakers will win the first two at Staples. In Orlando, I dunno...1 would be great.
