There is some cir stantial evidence for war of civilizations IMO: our soldiers and contractors in the ME and South Asia; and our shadowy EIT network.
Our cryptolegal anti-terror measures muddy the water. The bad precedent has already been set and the new President is fighting to preserve its prerogatives.
