So, assuming that Tim is the best PF in the league, and that Tony and Manu are both top 5 at their positions when healthy our starting lineup is already stacked as .

So when one understands this one realizes that Manu is NOT the problem and that the problem is in fact our tacular, godawful, sorry excuse for role players. They should all be considered expendable. Here's what I think we need:

1) Lockdown perimeter defender
2) Reliable 4th option off the bench who won't demand the ball (so he could work well with Tony/Manu)
3) Defensive minded center who can also catch a basketball and finish when appropriate.

If we SOMEHOW manage to get two of these things this offseason then we'll be in great shape. Oh and a new knee for Tim would be great too

Manu was the problem against LA in 08. If he can't be healthy for the playoffs next season, the team is screwed.
