Ephedrine, when used properly is a powerful fat burner, but when used improperly it can damage your heart, which is why it is illegal now. But by that logic we should ban tylenol.

I suggest Windsor Pilates. It is safer and better for you.
I had to do a promotion one time for a supplement company and used ephedrine before the event for a couple of weeks because I felt a little "chubby". I dropped those couple of stubborn pounds, but it wacked me out. It's very strong stuff, IMO, and my body reacted badly to it.
I'd recommend using caution when taking it. Start out with half of the recommended dose and see how you feel first. Some people can pop 'em like candy and feel nothing, and then some are like me where your body can't handle it at all.
