The problem has to be that the entire city is cleaned with.....
All I can say is that if this weather pattern is truly following 1998 (El Nino) like they've been saying, it better not disappoint come Fall.
And if you live in a flood zone, make sure your insurance is up to date!

It poured by the office and then let up once I hit 410/10. By the time I was home 1604/10ish it was barely drizzling.

I saw some driblets on my windshield at one point.
