Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the Obama plan still notional? Not passed yet?
Joe Chalupa needed to have his foot removed and under the new OBama health plan they only removed his toe?

Placing Joe Chalupa's missing toe -- or his remaining foot -- at Obama's feet would appear to be a bit premature.
Looks like Joe will have a leg to stand on after all.
En serio, best wishes for a speedy recovery, Joe.
Jack Webb needs to stick to police work, his sociology, politics, history stink.
Typical right wing dumb OP.
Joe had a (probably gangrenous, diabetic osteonecrosis) toe removed, not his entire foot.
Joe is fully responsible for his own health, not Magic Negro.
If Joe has not been lean and fit up so far, but I bet he thinks that's a good idea from now on. I also bet he would trade all the chalupas in San Antonio to have his health (and co-pays) back.
Then how come Mexican people like this who eat twice as much as Joe Chalupa don't lose their toes?

What do you call a Mexican with a rubber toe?

Diabetes in the Hispanic and black communities is very high.
Joe "didn't have" diabetes until he lost his body part.
How do you know all the people in your pictures aren't pre-diabetic and/or on glucose control drugs?

"Compared with Caucasians, blacks have a 60 percent higher risk of developing diabetes and Hispanics have a 90 percent increased risk."

The development of diabetes has a lot to do with lipid and subsequent glycogen management, not just glucose like most people think. The Tex-Mex diet is notorious for having bad fats and carbohydrates that never get burned. Look no further than there.
