How do you think the grizzlies will do next season? Will Iverson,Mayo,Gay and Randoph find a way to win some games to slip into the 8th seed or will they be a horrible team again?
IMO I think they have a chance to be a good team this year, they have enough offensive power, they will just need to play defense. They have alot of young talent in Michael Conley, OJ Mayo, Rudy Gay and Marc Gasol (if you consider him young).

Iverson should defer all his shots to Mayo.
I personally think they will have one of the worse offenses in the league. Just too many ballhogs.
All i know is that they will be better than last year
